Return & Exchange Policy
At Ultra Modern Trading Est., we are committed to providing high-quality products and complete customer satisfaction. Therefore, the following Return & Exchange Policy has been established:
1. Return Request Period
Customers are entitled to request a return within a maximum period of seven (7) days from the date of receiving the order.
2. Eligible Return & Exchange Cases
Return or exchange requests are accepted in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects in the product.

Receiving a product different from the order or description.

Receiving the product damaged due to shipping.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase.

Product has been used or damaged after delivery.

Removal of original packaging, labels, or accessories.

Returning the product in a condition different from its original state.
4. Shipping Fees

In case of manufacturing defects or store-related errors, Ultra Modern Trading Est. will bear all shipping and return costs.

Other than the above cases, return requests will not be accepted.
5. Covered Products
This policy applies to all carpets and blankets available in the store.
6. Local & International Shipping
The Return & Exchange Policy applies to both local orders within Saudi Arabia and international orders according to the store terms and approved shipping companies.
